Orders

All orders require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice unless otherwise arranged. Orders are prepared specifically for the selected pickup date and time.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial charge to cover ingredients and preparation.

Catering

Catering bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement and deposit. Cancellation terms are outlined in the catering agreement.
